Veneers have the ability to drastically change the appearance of your teeth like no other cosmetic treatment can. These results are achieved thanks to the uniqueness of veneers: they are essentially a very thin shell of ceramic material which is bonded to the front of your natural teeth. Then we will use a variety of techniques to accurately image the current state of your teeth; this includes X-rays, photographs and computer imaging.

The impressions from your teeth will be passed onto a master ceramist who will use them to construct your new smile. About a week after your initial consultation, Dr. Majithia will slightly buff and contour your natural teeth so the veneers can be fitted onto them naturally. You will receive temporary veneers made of plastic, but in shape identical to the final veneers. At this point you can see what the end result will be like, and any last changes can still be made. About two to three weeks afterwards the final porcelain veneers will be adhered to your teeth. The entire cosmetic procedure can take as little as three weeks from start to finish!
